   Date:
  January 22, 2023
To all the Saints of God,

Grace and peace be unto all the Saints of God around the World.  As this
Coronavirus Pandemic continues, we are continually reminding the Saints of God
that we are obeying the magistrates and following the guideline of the health
and governmental authorities for the safety of all people.

Health authorities and governmental officials are now advising people to wear face
mask in public gatherings, use social distancing, and get vaccinated for your
own health and safety from the Covid-19 virus.  In some places wearing face mask is no longer mandatory in indoor
  public spaces.
  ·   Last report was January 6, 2023,
which indicated that the community transmission of Covid-19 remains in the
yellow zone. This means that you should continue to take extra precautions for
your health. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has indicated that we are
now dealing with a triple demic of flu, covid-19, and RSV respiratory
  infection.
  ·         Face
masks are recommended in public gatherings for individual safety based on your
  individual health condition and risk.
  ·         Gatherings
indoors is allowed without face mask, but each individual should be aware of
  their health risk.
  ·         Vaccinations
and boosters remain the recommended most effective way to control the spread
of Covid-19 according to  health authorities.
  ·         Covid-19
vaccinations and boosters are offered to everyone in the State of Georgia.
We are open for indoor in-person services
with face mask, social distancing, temperature checks and Covid-19 testing. We
are also continuing online services through Zoom, Facebook, and
YouTube.   In-person Baptism and prayer service are available by attending our
local service on site, attending our services on Zoom, or emailing your
  request to:

        info@ministersofjesuschrist.com or prayerrequest@ministersofjesuschrist.com.

As we obey the Magistrates, we have complete faith that God will
continue to hear our prayers and provide a way for us through these uncertain
  times.
     Romans
13:2-4 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no
power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
     TITUS
3:1-2 Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey
magistrates, to be ready to every good work, To speak evil of no man, to be no
brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

This week’s encouraging words of growth focuses on:

Apostolic Christians shall be Changed to a Glorified Body
  by Apostle Dennis G. Smith

        Most
of us have come to see our salvation through the aspects of
justification by faith - forgiveness of sins,
regeneration- receipt of the Holy Ghost imparting a new nature in us,
adoption in the family of God by the receipt of the Holy
Ghost, sanctification- progressively overcoming all sinful ways
as we go on to perfection which are all accomplished through the New
Birth of Water and Spirit,  and finally glorification
  – the change of our mortal bodies into glorified immortal bodies giving us
victory over death and eternal life.

The glorification of the Apostolic Christian is the eternal state of the
redeemed.  Apostle Paul teaches us of our future bodily state being
changed from a mortal body into an immortal body if we are alive at the time
of the Rapture or Translation of the Saints, or rising again
from the dead in a glorified immortal body if our bodies are dead at the time
  of the Rapture.

1Corinthians15:51 - 52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall
all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:
for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and
  we shall be changed.

The Lord God Jesus Christ died on the Cross to save our soul from death, and
He is coming back to give us victory over death and fulfil our salvation by
redeeming our dead bodies from the grave, or changing our living natural
bodies it into an immortal body at the translation of the Saints. Then we will
receive eternal life with God, with bodies that are like the Lord God Jesus
  Christ’s glorified body.

1Corinthians 15:53 - 57 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must
put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption,
and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass
the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where
  is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?  The sting of death is sin;
and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the
victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord God Jesus Christ will change our vile body that it may be conformed
to His glorious body. You may not feel well sometimes in your life, but you
can look forward and speak by faith that the Lord God will give you victory
over the bodily pains you experience at times.  All of us should take comfort
even as we age and the body grows weaker, that we will have victory over our
natural flesh body in that we will be changed into a glorified body fashioned
after the body that the Lord God Jesus Christ arose from the dead with.

Philippians 3:20–21 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the
Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:  Who shall change our vile body, that it
may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby
he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Just as we are being changed and given a new nature by the Spirit of the Lord
God Jesus Christ, our bodies will also be changed by the same Spirit of the
Lord God, the Holy Ghost that dwells in us.  From this point, all should now
clearly see that if you have not received the Gift of the Holy Ghost, you have
nothing in you to change your mortal natural body into a gloried body.  This
is the reason that the Saints of Old times continued to emphasize tarrying for
the Holy Ghost as a situation of grave importance that all believers should
ask God for and wait until they know that they have the Holy Ghost for
themselves. This is also the reason we have witnesses who can testify that
they heard you speak with other tongues as the Spirit of God gave you
  utterances.

  2 Corinthians 3:17 - 18 Now
the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is
liberty.  But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the
Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the
  Spirit of the Lord.

  Romans 8:11 But
if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that
raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his
  Spirit that dwelleth in you.

At present we have never seen a resurrected glorified bodily form.  People who
died and game back in the hospital came back in the natural body that the
already had before they died.  Therefore most of us have never seen what we
shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we
shall see Him as He is.  And since we know that he was glorified and ascended
into heaven we have an idea of the glory that we will receive if we live a
  holy life of purity.

  1John 3:1 – 3 Behold,
what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called
the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him
not.  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we
shall be: but we know that, when he
shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.  And
every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

The Lord God Jesus Christ is going to change us and wipe away all tears from
our eyes.  We will never have to experience pain and suffering again.

Revelations 21:4 - 6 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall
be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more
pain: for the former things are passed away.  And he that sat upon the throne
said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these
words are true and faithful.  And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and
Omega, the beginning, and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the
fountain of the water of life freely.

Be of Good comfort and continue to grow in purity, for we will have the
  victory in the end!!!!
May the Lord Bless you and Keep you and eternally hold you in the
  center of his will.
May he open your understanding that you will come to know that you
must repent of your sins and be baptized by immersion in water in the Name of
Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins.
   Then
you must continue in prayer to the Lord God Jesus Christ asking him for the
Holy Ghost, calling on His Name which is the Lord Jesus Christ and waiting or
tarrying until you receive the gift of the Holy Ghost with the sign following
speaking with other tongues as the spirit gives you utterances.  This
experience with God will endow you with power.
Then you must leave the principles of the doctrine and go on to
perfection overcoming the love of the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust
of the eyes and the pride of life.
Then you must continue steadfastly in the Apostle’s Doctrine,
remembering always that he that endures until the End, the same shall be
saved.  In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ who is God Almighty. Amen
   With perfect love,
  Apostle Dennis G. Smith
